PVIFF will be holding a Pre-Festival Event at Underground Atlanta in the Welcome Center Theater on Sat. July 25, 12-6 p.m. The audience will have an opportunity to view hit short films from 2008 and an opportunity to rate films in competition to be showcased at PVIFF 2009. This Event is FREE.
